01Who we are

This policy explains how FAJWAH LLC (“Fajwah”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information when you visit www.fajwah.com, send us an inquiry, use the DevOps Concierge chat, book a call or buy a plan through the site.

When we work for a client, for example with access to their cloud accounts or repositories, our written agreement with that client governs the information we handle on their behalf. That agreement takes precedence over this policy for that work.

02Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact form: your name, work email, company, cloud provider, the service you need, your timeline and your message.
  • DevOps Concierge chat: the messages you type. If you ask for support, we also receive your email address, your request and the conversation. If you send project details, we receive your name, email, company and the project information you provide.
  • Booking a call: Cal.com collects the name, email and notes you enter, and shares them with us.
  • Buying a plan: payment is handled on Stripe’s checkout pages. We don’t receive your full card number. Stripe shares information such as your name, email, billing details and payment status with us.
  • Email and calls: anything you send us directly.

Information collected automatically

  • Visit activity: the page and page title you view, the buttons and links you click (for example “Book a call” or a plan link), campaign tags in the address (such as utm_source), the page you arrived from, and a random identifier for your visit. We don’t copy what you type into forms into this activity record.
  • Technical information: like any website, our hosting and backend providers receive your IP address, browser type and request times as part of delivering the site and keeping it secure.

We don’t use advertising cookies, and we don’t use third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

03How we use it

  • To answer your inquiries and support requests, and to follow up about your project.
  • To scope, quote, deliver and invoice our services.
  • To understand which pages and campaigns lead to conversations, so we can improve the site.
  • To protect the site and our forms against spam, abuse and security threats.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We may use automated and AI-assisted tools to organise, triage and draft responses to inquiries and support requests. We don’t make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you based solely on automated processing.

If you’re in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on these legal bases: your consent (the boxes you tick on our forms), taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing our contract with you, and our legitimate interests in running, improving and securing our business.

04Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, and only for those purposes:

  • Supabase: the database and backend that receive and store contact form inquiries, chat conversations and visit activity.
  • Vercel: hosting for this website.
  • Stripe: payments.
  • Cal.com: call booking.
  • Email and productivity providers we use to communicate with you.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply.

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

05Cookies and browser storage

This site doesn’t set cookies of its own. It stores two small values in your browser:

  • fajwah-telemetry-session-v1 (session storage): the random visit identifier described above. Your browser removes it when you close the tab.
  • fajwah-support-session-v3 (local storage): a reference that lets the same browser return to an open DevOps Concierge conversation. Our server ends inactive conversations, and you can clear the value at any time in your browser settings.

Stripe and Cal.com may set their own cookies when you use their pages. Their own privacy policies apply there.

06How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy: to respond to you, to run our relationship with you, and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.

07Security

We protect information with encryption in transit (HTTPS), access limited to the people and providers who need it, and the security controls of our service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Please don’t send passwords, access keys or other secrets through the contact form or the chat. If we need access to your systems, we’ll agree a secure way to set it up.

08International transfers

We’re based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, for example for information from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

09Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it;
  • correct it;
  • delete it;
  • object to or restrict how we use it;
  • receive it in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent you’ve given, without affecting what we did before you withdrew it.

Residents of California and other U.S. states with privacy laws have similar rights, including the right to know, delete and correct, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We don’t sell or share personal information in that sense. We won’t treat you differently for using your rights.

To make a request, email info@fajwah.com. We’ll confirm your identity before acting on it and reply within the time the law requires. If you’re in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

10Children

This site and our services are for businesses. They aren’t directed to children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site and our services change. We’ll post the new version here and change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll make it clear on the site.
