01Agreeing to these terms

These terms apply when you use www.fajwah.com or buy a plan or service through it. The site is run by FAJWAH LLC (“Fajwah”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of a company, you confirm you can agree for that company. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

02Our services

Fajwah provides DevOps and cloud infrastructure services, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, containers and Kubernetes, configuration and security, and monitoring and logging.

The information on this site, including the plan finder and the DevOps Concierge chat, is general guidance. It isn’t professional advice for your specific environment, and it isn’t a quote. The plan finder gives guidance, not a custom quote.

03Plans, prices and payment

  • Prices on the site are in U.S. dollars. Monthly plans are billed monthly; focused engagements are priced as shown or as quoted.
  • The final scope of every plan and engagement is agreed with you during intake. We may decline work that isn’t a good fit, or suggest a different plan.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe on its checkout pages, under Stripe’s terms.
  • Payment, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are set out in your order, invoice or written agreement with us. For any billing question, email info@fajwah.com.
  • If you sign a separate agreement or statement of work with us, it governs that work and takes precedence over these terms where they differ.

04Access to your environment

When an engagement gives us access to your cloud accounts, repositories or tools:

  • you confirm you’re authorised to give us that access;
  • you remain responsible for your systems, data, backups, licences and compliance obligations;
  • we work within the agreed scope, and critical changes follow explicit approval steps agreed with you.

AI assists our engineers with analysis and repeatable execution. Our engineers own the architecture and delivery decisions.

05Using the site

When you use the site, please don’t:

  • break the law or anyone’s rights;
  • try to get into parts of the site, our backend or our systems that aren’t public, or test them for weaknesses without our written permission;
  • interfere with the site, overload it, or scrape it in a way that burdens it;
  • send malware, spam, or false or misleading information;
  • send passwords, access keys or other secrets through the contact form or chat.

We may limit or block access to the site for anyone who breaks these rules.

06Intellectual property

The site and its content, including text, the Fajwah name and logo, illustrations and code, belong to Fajwah or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own business evaluation. Please don’t copy, modify or republish the content without our permission.

Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in the client’s agreement with us.

07Third-party services

The site links to services run by others, such as Stripe for payments and Cal.com for booking. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

08Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the site, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Any warranties for our services are set out in your agreement with us.

09Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Fajwah isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

Liability for our services is governed by your agreement with us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We’ll post the new version here and change the date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Changes don’t affect orders or agreements already in place.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state in which FAJWAH LLC is organised and by applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that state have jurisdiction over disputes about these terms, unless the law where you live gives you rights that can’t be waived.
